Due to the importance of ensuring the quality of our sauces throughout the delivery process and subsequent handling, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been delivered.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so without issue as long as the product has not been shipped. In such cases, we will process a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will evaluate the case and, if applicable, offer an appropriate solution, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
